Terms of Participation
Pumpkin Weeks 2026 – General Terms of Participation
By submitting the online registration, the participant commits to the Pumpkin Weeks event and agrees to follow these general terms of participation, as well as any additional terms or instructions provided later.
Salon Yrittäjät ry is responsible for organizing the Pumpkin Weeks event, giving instructions to all participants, preparing the participation packages, and invoicing the participation fees.
Taking part in Pumpkin Weeks
The participant is responsible for their own activities, their premises, and for ensuring that their products and services have all permits, documents, and approvals required by law.
Registration and Cancellation of Participation
Registration is binding and must be completed by submitting the online form by August 31, 2026.
After receiving the registration, the Pumpkin Weeks organizers will review the form and confirm it by phone with the participant’s contact person.
Any cancellation of participation must be made by September 30, 2026.
Participant Materials and Content
Participants may use the shared materials for a limited time. All signs, beach flags, and other reusable items must be returned to the organizers after the event. The right to use graphic materials, such as logos, is valid until October 18, 2026. The participant’s visibility on the Pumpkin Weeks website depends on the size of their participation package.
Participant's Own Materials and Visibility during Pumpkin Weeks
The participant is responsible for the content they send to the Pumpkin Weeks organizers and for making sure the material is delivered on time. Instructions for submitting information and materials for the Pumpkin Weeks website will be provided during the registration process.
Materials for social media must be delivered no later than 3 days before the agreed publication date. The participant is responsible for creating the materials themselves. If the materials are not delivered on time as agreed, they will not be published.
The participant must ensure that their contact details, images, and other materials are correct. These are the materials that may be shown on the Pumpkin Weeks website and its social media channels (Facebook and Instagram). The participant is responsible for having the right to use all submitted materials and images.
The Pumpkin Weeks organizers have the right to limit or refuse any material that breaks the law, goes against good practice, or may risk data security or privacy, or otherwise does not follow these terms or given instructions.
The event’s visibility services on the website and social media are information-sharing channels provided as they are. No guarantees are given about how they work or their features, and the organizers do not guarantee that the services will always be available or error-free.
Participation Fees and Invoicing
Participation fees do not include VAT. The invoicing organization is not liable for VAT and operates as a non-profit association. The participation fees cover the right to use participant materials and logos for a limited time.
Salon Yrittäjät ry will send invoices to participants in October 2026, based on the information provided in the registration form and the selected participation package.
