Pumpkin Weeks offers companies in the region a great opportunity for visibility among the people of Salo as well as other event-goers. The event itself brings more than 100,000 visitors to Salo in just over two weeks, who want to see, experience and eat in addition to the Pumpkin Park.
The Pumpkin packages have been thought out to serve operators of different sizes and different fields as well as possible. Associations in the area also have a great opportunity to be part of Pumpkin Weeks!
Official partners are allowed to use the event's recognizable logo on their own channels and are included in the partners section of this website. In addition, the events are added to the Pumpkin Week event calendar. Depending on the package, there is also visibility on social media channels covering the event.

About the event
Welcome to the children's ancient path to Rikalanmäki, a collaboration between Salo guides and the cultural services of the city of Salo!
On the children's ancient path, you can get to know life in the Salo region a thousand years ago. On the tour, you can see and hear, for example, what Iron Age fashion was like, how clothes were made, and how people lived on Rikalanmäki a thousand years ago. We also learn where weapons, jewelry and, for example, dishes were obtained.

The tour is suitable for children from about 5 years old and up , children move around under the supervision of their own adult. The guide is free, but the group size is limited to 25 people, so those coming to the ancient path must register in advance at https://salonoppaat.johku.com/fi_FI/kurpitsaviikot-2024/lasten-muinaispolku-halikon-rikalanamae .
The tour starts in Rikala's krouvi yard area. The tour lasts about 30 minutes.
