Pumpkin Weeks offers companies in the region a great opportunity for visibility among the people of Salo as well as other event-goers. The event itself brings more than 100,000 visitors to Salo in just over two weeks, who want to see, experience and eat in addition to the Pumpkin Park.
The Pumpkin packages have been thought out to serve operators of different sizes and different fields as well as possible. Associations in the area also have a great opportunity to be part of Pumpkin Weeks!
Official partners are allowed to use the event's recognizable logo on their own channels and are included in the partners section of this website. In addition, the events are added to the Pumpkin Week event calendar. Depending on the package, there is also visibility on social media channels covering the event.

Word art workshop in the Laurinsali of the Salo main library. In the workshop run by Kirjan Talo, you will get to know the world's most significant structures and statues. Participants get to design their own tower or other landmark, alone or together, around which an exciting story is developed!

About the event
Word art workhop in the Laurinsali of the Salo main library. In the workshop realized by Kirjan Talo, you will get to know the world's most important structures and statues, e.g. The Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Statue of Liberty and the Great Wall of China. Participants get to design their own tower or other landmark, alone or together, around which an exciting story is developed!
The workshop is led by children's author and verbal arts instructor Veera Vähämaa and is loosely based on Vähämaa's children's book, Numerovoro mälli (illustration by Keanne van de Kreeke). Duration 1.5h, suitable for everyone from about 5 years old and up .
The workshop is part of the program of the autumn holiday of the city of Salo - Syyskiekka!
